“I got a warranty replacement. I own 3 other melin hats and wear and sweat in them, but only one retains the stain marks. Customer service was gladly to give me a replacement. What other company does this? I support and wear their hats proudly.”
“The hat arrived as promised, I was so excited to receive my hat. When I opend the box the hat seems a little damp and I noticed the bill of the hat was a little off centered. I immediately went on line and returned the hat. Very easy process. I took it to a UPS store and dropped it if. I received an email from the company stating that they received my return and sent me the new hat. I got the same hat and color.
I love my new hat, I will be purchasing me hats in the future. Never had such an easy return process with no questions asked.”
