“Fashionable hat that looks good but is not breathable in the least bit and makes it feel like it’s 20 degrees warmer out than it really is. Also the brim is very short. Would not buy again.”
“I’ve worn the hat less than 5 times and the sweat bands literally holds onto the sweat and is saturated with a funky smell. I really do like the fit and style but I’ve had cheaper hats that don’t hold onto the smell of sweat. Really wanted to add another hat by them but now really unsure if it’s even worth it.”
“I purchased this hat for my husband for Father's day. He was very excited to receive it. It looked great, the only problem was there was a small defect on the right side of the hat that caused the bottom right of the hat to bubble out a bit. It took my husband a couple times of wearing it and seeing it in the mirror to notice the issue. For the amount I spent on it for him, it should be perfect, so I sent the company an email to see if they could send us a new one. I got a computer generated email back that went over the return process, which was pretty strict because it said the hat had to be unworn with original tags, the only way he could see the defect in the hat was when he was wearing it. I did get another email from the company reiterating the return policy and that they don't do direct exchanges. I would have to return the hat, wait for the reimbursement and then order a new one...too complicated. Disappointed the company didn't reach out in a more personal way to try to resolve the problem. My husband decided to just keep the hat and wear it the way it is.”
