“I purchased this hat for my husband for Father's day. He was very excited to receive it. It looked great, the only problem was there was a small defect on the right side of the hat that caused the bottom right of the hat to bubble out a bit. It took my husband a couple times of wearing it and seeing it in the mirror to notice the issue. For the amount I spent on it for him, it should be perfect, so I sent the company an email to see if they could send us a new one. I got a computer generated email back that went over the return process, which was pretty strict because it said the hat had to be unworn with original tags, the only way he could see the defect in the hat was when he was wearing it. I did get another email from the company reiterating the return policy and that they don't do direct exchanges. I would have to return the hat, wait for the reimbursement and then order a new one...too complicated. Disappointed the company didn't reach out in a more personal way to try to resolve the problem. My husband decided to just keep the hat and wear it the way it is.”

“I love A-game hydro! We are a “water family” and this is my favorite hat for all our water activities. I love how cool it keeps my head, that it is waterproof, and most importantly that it floats!
One downfall, I’m female and the hat is clearly made to fit a male. It does fit oddly around my ears, like it is too “deep” for my head. That is my only complaint. There needs to be a women’s line :).
The material is great quality and I feel like this is a hat I’ll have for a very long time. Worth the money!”
