“My husband is in LOVE with his new hat. Every hat he owns always turn quite dirty since he sweats so much. He wore it during his golf league on two different occasions in 90 degree weather with terrible humidity and ZERO sweat was showing on his hat after 5 hours! “I purchased this hat because it looked like it was going to be great quality. Once the hat arrived it was confirmed. You get what you pay for. It's an expensive hat but when you are getting something that will last long due to the quality it makes it worth it. Unfortunately the hat didn't fit me exactly how I wanted it to so I ended up returning it. I have a particularly small head so I don't blame Melin for this. it was a good shape and was very close to fitting how I wanted. I believe in buying quality and from what I can tell this hat is it.”
“Generally I am not a hat guy period. However I needed a good hat for the beach, to help protect me from prolonged hours of sun exposure. I also needed a hat that could take the abuse from playing around in the water. This hat fit the bill. It’s well made, durable and comfortable. I took it into the water and the water beads on the surface avoiding absorption. Like the title says I hate wearing hats but I love my Melin! They made a believer out of me so give it a try and they will make you one too!”

“The minimal branding looks great and the water resistance works well, but it does not fit well on smaller heads like mine (I’m 5’8”, 160 lbs, male). The dome is too deep and I have to overlap the snap back which makes it quite uncomfortable. A S/M flex fit would be much more comfortable and something I’d expect at such a high price.”
