“This hat is well built and resists the common sweat stains well. One issue I had was with the sizing of the hat, my head is right 58 cm and I had to buckle it down 2-3 snap which left the flap overhanging...I cut it down so it didn’t hang over and it’s fine. I just wonder if I was sent the extra large size by accident. Also the ‘inner pocket’ is pretty much useless... however, all in all I phenomenal hat and I will definitely purchase another!”

Love everything about this cap! I am stoked about the the way it looks on my nugget, how it feels on me head, the way the fabric feels, love the flat brim style, the ability to sweat in it, get wet in it & not destroy the Melin cap.
This Melin cap comfortably fits my head (I'm 7 3/4 in fitteds) & for the first time ever, I am not forced to snap the last 2 or 3 snaps just to get a snapback cap to fit my melon - on the Melin Hydro Trenches I snap 5 snaps to snug the cap to my head, leaving me confident the cap will not burst away from my nugget at an given moment. Plus I dig the way the gap in the back does not appear to be 4-5" wide, with just 2 plastic snaps straining to keep the cap on my head, the way typical snapback caps fit my head. Finally, the depth of the Melin Trenches is just right for me, love it!
I am looking forward to testing the no sweat ring feature that is promoted with this cap; after 1 month or two in the Las Vegas heat, I will no for sure if if stands up better than the typical wool/poly blend fitted caps I wear...”
