“I’ve ordered the hat close to a month ago now. You guys have twice sent me an email asking for a review so here ya go. After waiting 15+ days after the order was processed and awaiting pick up I decided to send an email canceling my order being that there is no way that it takes 15 days for fed ex to pick up a package. You guys respond with a generic email about how you can’t refund me because it’s processed. And offered 50 percent off on my next purchase. For a 60 dollar hat I was a little disappointed in the customer service. Typically not the type to complain or a “Karen” but some transparency to why it wasn’t shipped for over a month would have gone a long way. I eventually contacted my back and did a charge back. Figured this would be helpful for you guys to know how my purchase went”
