“The hat itself is so cool. I’ve never seen anything remotely similar. I had to exchange bc I was give the wrong size as a hurry and then exchanged it no problem. Then, there was a defect in the second hat they sent (the brim was longer on one side than the other) but I found out that the hats are all handmade and that this sometimes happens. They quickly sent me out another one that is perfect. I appreciate their customer service and quick responses!”
