“I’ve been wary of taking the plunge - mostly because of the price, even though I have friends who swear by this brand.
I was looking to replace my New Era when I saw a $30 off promo and decided now was the time. Needless to say, I am very happy with the hat. I’ve been a Sushi Chef for a long time and one issue I’ve always had was finding a cap that would resist odors and won’t turn floppy when introduced to water. I have yet to give this one a cleaning but, if it’s like my buddy’s, I doubt I’ll have any issues.
Ventilation is great, and I really appreciate that, but I would like to see if a fitted version ever comes out. I like to wear my cap backwards most of the time at work but I’ve never enjoyed the big opening of snap-backs.
The depth of this one in particular is good, if you’re in the market for something low profile. Because I wear glasses, tucking my ears in isn’t really an option for long periods and I hate the “Yoda ears.”
I will be making more purchases in the future. Do yourself a favor and get one of these, even if you just want to give it a try. Chances are, you’ll like it.”
“Great freaking hat! Unfortunately, I ordered the wrong size and it doesn’t fit me the way I would have wanted it too. I have 2 of these and both are a bit small which makes it discouraging to wear. Nonetheless, great overall.”
