“Don’t get me wrong, my guy loves your flat bill hats. Our problem is that every time we order one, the bill is misshaped and we have to work with it a bit before he can wear it. The boxes they come in are top notch, but I think this has more to do with how it’s stored in the warehouse maybe. Idk we’ve also had an issue with sweat rings, but now I’ve ordered so many he just has his “work” hats and his “nice” hats. Any chance we can get more colors that are two-toned? Front of the hat one color, back of the hat another?”
“This hat sits a little shallow. I love the color and style. I want this to be my favorite hat but it’s either too loose wind will blow it off or too tight and leaves a mark on my forehead.”
