“I never really liked wearing hats as I would get head aches from wearing the hat. I got my hands on a Melin hat from a client and I fell in love with it. It has been a few years now and the hat looks as good as the day it was presented to me. I have since bought a few more hats. Got to love the fit and stashing some money in the pocket. Just bought some for a non-profit I help out with and they all loved the Melin hat. Keep up the great work. Just need to make a bucket hat that is not Pink.”

“First I’ll say this is my second Melin hat - they are so well made, truly excellent. So when I first ordered this hat it came wrinkled. I figured that was just bad luck and I didn’t really want to go through the trouble of returning... and maybe the wrinkles would come out over time... Later on the Shop App asked me to review the hat, so I quickly posted a 3-star review simply saying “box was crushed and hat was wrinkled” and thought nothing else of it. Later on I noticed that Melin responded and said to reach out, so I did and they immediately sent me a replacement which arrived quickly and a couple days later I got another email from the same customer service rep checking to make sure it arrived on time and in perfect shape.
