“First I’ll say this is my second Melin hat - they are so well made, truly excellent. So when I first ordered this hat it came wrinkled. I figured that was just bad luck and I didn’t really want to go through the trouble of returning... and maybe the wrinkles would come out over time... Later on the Shop App asked me to review the hat, so I quickly posted a 3-star review simply saying “box was crushed and hat was wrinkled” and thought nothing else of it. Later on I noticed that Melin responded and said to reach out, so I did and they immediately sent me a replacement which arrived quickly and a couple days later I got another email from the same customer service rep checking to make sure it arrived on time and in perfect shape.
