“The hat is cool and my grandson loves it. But I had to send 8 emails, yes EIGHT, and it still took over two weeks to get here and I live in the same town as Melin. I could have walked there to pick it up. They claim they sent me the hat two times, but neither packagae was ever received by Fedex. I received some messages about how they were experiencing delivery problems but really, how hard is it to put a hat in a box and put a label on the box? They really never gave me a reason for the delay, and it was only when I said I wanted to cancel the order that it suddenly appeared.”
“The hats built quality is nowhere near these other cheap hat brands. I mean, Melin smokes New Era by a mile when it comes to the quality materials they choose. The number one factor for me is the bill, the resin material is amazing for keeping shape. The hats not as protective as the salesperson sold me on but it is very easy to clean. I was told the hat is “hard” to sweat out but it took only one wear and it had sweat stains but it all cleaned out super easy!! Overall very happy with my purchase and grateful for the new buyer 10% discount! Thanks”
