“The hat is cool and my grandson loves it. But I had to send 8 emails, yes EIGHT, and it still took over two weeks to get here and I live in the same town as Melin. I could have walked there to pick it up. They claim they sent me the hat two times, but neither packagae was ever received by Fedex. I received some messages about how they were experiencing delivery problems but really, how hard is it to put a hat in a box and put a label on the box? They really never gave me a reason for the delay, and it was only when I said I wanted to cancel the order that it suddenly appeared.”
