“I have just received my hat, and overall it looks to be of a good quality. However, the size doesn't fit me at all. It is way too deep and it fell over my ears so I look like Dumbo. One issue is that sizes on the website are not very informative. What does it mean to say it is a "Classic" size? It is very confusing. When the hat arrived, it is clearly labeled as Medium-Large. If I knew it was Medium-Large I would have not ordered that size - I would have ordered Medium. Secondly, the circumference of 58 cm shown on the website is not very informative as it is unclear if this is the max or min circumference. It turned out it is the min circumference. Again, if I knew that I would have ordered smaller. Overall, the sizes are not very well communicated on the website, which will cost me another trip to the UPS/FedEx store = not a happy customer.”
