“I just got this hat, so while I think it looks and feels great, and I expect great things from it, as I've gotten from my numerous other Melin hats, I am writing to give props to customer service. When I got the hat I thought the storage pouch was missing, so I emailed customer service and within an hour or so they replied back saying they will send me a pouch, no questions asked or even asking me if I was sure it's not there. However, because Melin has always been 100% with product delivery I thought I'd check for the pouch one more time. Lo and behold I found it in the packaging the hat came in, which I was about to throw away. I did tell customer service I found it. Thank you Melin! Another reason to shop Melin!”
“I bought this for my husband after purchasing him the A-game Hydro. The Hydro is his favorite hat and his only issue was that he didn’t have two of them. We live in MO and during the winter months his hat wasn’t warm enough. As soon as the Thermal version came out I was on it! He is thrilled to be able to still wear a ball cap and stay warm!”
