“THe aesthetic of the hat is fire. Love the off-white with the powder blue. The only issue is I did experience itchiness on the first wear. Its the first time that happens with. Melin hat. Unsure if the materials changed, but it was disappointing, considering the prices increased for the hats.”
“I love the hat! It’s amazing quality and a great color. I have no complaints about the hat itself! The shipping however on the last three orders, I’ve placed has been terrible at best. It will ship within a day or two than FedEx will take it all over the country and back before being delivered. Three weeks on average from the time it shipped to the time its delivered.
And lately customer service has been nearly impossible to get a hold of. The chat system is always down, when you call their phone number it will say that the phone system is down and to use the chat lol. Email and Facebook messenger usually are quicker, but that hasn’t been the case lately. I really hope they are just doing some site maintenance that is causing these issues and they get back to their normally great customer service!”
