“Very poor customer service speed. They will respond to your emails every 2 to 3 days. And the phone number is never picked up nor do they call back. Try and call them before you order just to see how bad it is. For a premium hat company I would find a different one.”

“Love these hats, I have 5 now. They hold up to sweat way longer than a regular hat, super easy to clean too. I constantly get asked where I got them from and have nothing but good things to say. Of the 5 only one is slightly larger than the others so I’m in between holes on the adjuster strap but very minor. I would recommend Melin to anyone who asks me about them!”
