Just suggest to the team packing them packing multiple in 1 box to separate the bills from each other with a piece of light cardboard or something simple.
My 2nd hat in the box had a dimple in the bill from the plastic logo on the bottom of the hat on top. I believe it has worked itself out over a day or 2. But it was a noticable at first. Simple issue and don't think it was long term issue.
