“To start absolutely love the hat which is why I bought another one but getting the hat to me I didn’t love. After ordered the hat and then received an email saying it was delivered but unfortunately it wasn’t as the website gave me a false tracking number and said it was delivered by a company ( Fed Ex ) which it wasn’t so a bit of panic set in. Trying to reach someone to chat about took forever . Once talking with a rep finally they were super nice. Long story short finally receive my hat but the black carry bag was missing so I had to call back again and as told it will be coming but I’m still waiting for that ?? Hopefully I see it soon so I don’t have to call back again as frustrating for sure.”
