“The quality of this hat is second to none! However, unfortunately I expected to get a bit of a flexible brim to cater the fit to my head… that wasn’t the case. Wish I could have ordered the curved brim! Maybe it’s my fault or maybe the hat should be flexible.”
“First hat arrived with poor quality on the stitching of the bill. Due to price point, I returned it. Return/exchange process was easy. Second hat arrived misshaped and smashed on one side. I kept the hat in hopes the shape will correct itself because I didn’t want to do the exchange process again.”
