“Bought the Coronado black shield logo in XL back in Jan/2024. There was a some significant fading on the hat which was odd because it’s only been a couple years and I bought other Melin hats at the same time that still look brand new today. Not sure what happened (I didn’t wash it), but likely from overexposed UV (I live in BC, Canada too so it’s not sunshine 24/7 in the slightest). Anywho, I reached out to Melin Customer Service knowing I was outside of the warranty but just to enquire. Kenny was the one that helped me and ended up comping me a free replacement hassle free (I did of course prove it with pics and whatnot of the issue), but honestly, the after service with Melin is frikin top notch. Yes, these hats are mf’ing expensive but I already thought they were worth it, but now, they’re even MORE worth it. They stand by their products fully and make sure that the price you pay for the hat is worth it and that gives me full confidence when purchasing their hats in the future. MELIN, you guys treat your customers right and I couldn’t be happier and prouder to walk around advertising your logo on my “Melin”. So…… to anyone reading this, if you have items in your cart, go ahead and checkout!”
