“I ordered this hat as soon as I saw it come across social media. I knew it was a limited release and had to cop one real quick. I placed my order, but unfortunately it got lost in transit. I emailed Melin, and they were quick to respond and reassure they would refund the money. The refund was not the problem, it was getting this hat, and it was no longer available. Fortunately, the hat arrived about five days later and Melin consistently followed up throughout the process. Great company. Great customer service. Awesome hats.
