“This is probably the best fitting Melin hat I’ve purchased, but as a flatbill, the bill and crown are not wide enough and ends up needing to be curved. The circumference is great (at a 7 3/4-7/8, I only have 1 unused snap), but as heads get larger and circumference increases, the head doesn’t just grow from front to back. The sides scale out too.
Would really love to see Melin release a Passage or Trenches with scaled crowns and bill width increases on the XL fit. I have purchased two Trenches before and had the same problem.”
