“I wanted to love this so much. It sounded perfect for a cold person like myself. It’s hard to explain but it’s like the front of the hat is bulky and puffs out, while the sides go in. It makes you look like you have a big forehead. Very strange fit. If it was not for the strange look, I would have kept it. The hat is built solid, and seems as if it would be warm.
I can say that Melin has a great and easy return and exchange policy.”

Regarding my value rating: while expensive, Melin hats wear like iron, look great and I wear them all the time - so a much better value to me than the cheap throw-away hats I used to wear.”
“I love the Thermals - I was dismayed when I could no longer get the Diplomat (mine had seen better days as I have worn daily) the Scout Thermal has now replaced and I am happy, I will probably order another just to have as a backup I own several Melin hats but this is now my favorite”
