“Got the hat for a gift. Looked sick, it picked out hard color to keep clean. When showed customer service what my struggle was, they told me they would honor my warranty and had me pick out new hat. Amazing service. Fast. Best part, new hat is sick! Love the color. Durable. Super comfy. Looks great on. 10/10”
