“I can't give an honest review of the hat because I don't have it. The bots that I spoke with can't help. The customer service email I reached out to hasn't responded. FedEx bots didn't help and can't do anything. I ordered the gift for a fathers day gift. The shipping estimate was 3-6 days. It's been 9 days and still don't have it. Delivery date is still stated at June 13. Kind of disguting that they'd ask me to review a product before I have it and have been trying to get a hold of them. Some industry worst practices for sure.”
