“Its a good product idea, but poor execution. Rather than being an “unstructured” hat, the odd panel shapes and extra materials on the seams create a “structure” that has 3 buldges across the crown. I wanted to like it, but its a strange look. In reviews with vids and photos I’ve seen its not just me.
I was hoping for a more traditional cap shape made with premium materials rather than a new unique shape “inspired” by dad hats. In my opinion a dad hat shouldnt have excess material added in odd places that create a consistent distracting shape. Hopefully theyll adjust the design or come out with a new “unstructured” model that’s a little more conventional.”

“This is my fourth hat from Melin and like all the rest of them it fits me perfectly. I started with two of their thermal hats last fall and finally got a hydro a couple of weeks ago and I just got two more! Highly recommended!”
“There's a tear me tag in there so I tired it off and it looks like it ripped some of the seam of the actual hat and also the snapback part feels like it's not very secure and just comes off kind of easily and then also the brim is angled just a little weird I don't know if that's from shipping but I don't see how because it's in a box.
Came here to edit and change my review to max everything out because they actually sent me a brand new hat. Amazing customer service and easy returns too I might add from my last hat I will be buying most of my hats from here from now on.”
“Such is nice hat ruin by the clamp on on the back. Clamp pops open easily and should have been better made. The clamp is the only problem with the hat.”
