“I unfortunately experienced significant delay with my second order with Melin. My first order was a gift and delivered as promised, but when I brought a hat for myself- we hit a snag. The CS team was quick to respond and were able to track my order through unforeseen delays. I received my order about 10 days late, but also received a nice discount on a second hat! Melin went above and beyond that to apologize by sending me a handwritten note of apology along with some swag items . Hats are great and my only problem now is which style to pick. Refreshing to see a company that stands so well behind their products and go way out of their way to make a problem right!”
