“Disappointing Experience Despite Quality Hats
I recently purchased three Melin hats and, to be fair, the hats themselves are very nice—well-made, comfortable, and stylish. Unfortunately, the customer service side of the experience left me very underwhelmed.
Order fulfillment was unusually slow, with little communication along the way. When I reached out for an update, the responses I received felt delayed and less than helpful, almost as though my order wasn’t a priority. For a premium brand, I expected better transparency and proactive service.
While I like the hats, the experience leading up to finally receiving them was frustrating enough that it took away from the excitement of the purchase. Melin has a strong product, but if they want loyal customers, they need to seriously improve fulfillment speed and customer support responsiveness.”
