“First time buyer. Purchased 2 hats with 2 day fed ex delivery valued at over $80. Took over 48 hrs to ship products then 2 full days to receive. When finally received two hats were in a bag inside individual bags. Bags for each hat had BOLD printing that “MUST BE PACKED IN A BOX”. Neither one was. Also hats advertise they come with a cinch hat bag. “Zero” bags were in my package. I called to inquire. I was then told under FAQ they clarify that only 1 cinch bag per order no matter how many hats you buy. This I find to be board line false advertisement-you only find this information in FAQ. They stated that since “zero” cinch bags were shipped they would get one sent to me. I was told in an email I would get a shipment confirmation but didn’t receive one. When I asked about it they stated that a bag would be sent but it will come in a couple of weeks and no shipment confirmation would be sent. I guess I will see.”
“I bought it on a whim, thinking it looked kinda weird and cool, and well, it does look kind of weird and cool and that's part of why I love it. I live in the deep south and did not know how much I needed this hat. It's a lifesaver.”
