The subtle features, from the snap back material, the head liner, and fabric makes Melin so superior to every other hat even ever worn. Only thing that could make this hat better is if the bill was black, not a very dark blue.”
“I’m not usually one to leave reviews… and if I do, it’s rare I hand out a full 5-stars... there’s almost always room for improvement. For context, I’ve been in the customer service / ecomm world for over 20 years.
That said… my experience with Melin deserves the nod.
From the start, the checkout flow, site detail, and overall transparency made the decision easy ... I went with the Yellow Jacket.
There was a small logistical hiccup with the first shipment (returned to sender), but a quick note to their CS team..."shoutout 2 JAY"... and it was handled fast and effortlessly.
When the package landed, the presentation and unboxing experience were top-notch. You can tell they care about the details.
As for the hat itself... the fit, feel, and style are exactly as advertised. Materials are top shelf, and the added care/after-use guidance is a nice touch to keep it dialed.
