I was hesitant to try Melin at first, but from the moment I put it on, the materials felt very much better than any hat I’ve tried before. I’m new to the hat wearing game as I’ve never really liked having one on aside from outdoor exercise needs. I’m good with just sunglasses. However, the ease of wearing the Melin brand due to the wood the build is fast swaying my choices. My first hat has went on every walk since it arrived and despite being sweated in very thoroughly in the August heat, continues to look and feel brand new. It even dries completely by the next morning after use, and after I’ve rinsed it with water when done.
But the main thing is how it feels and the sheer quality of the hat.
I didn’t get a hat bag with this one like my first Melin hat, not sure if that is an omission or that the higher priced custom colors don’t get a bag. Only thing I felt was odd.
Overall an excellent hat!
UPDATE: I did reach out to customer service regarding the lack of the hat bag and it was simply an oversight and they're sending me one. Excellent customer service support by the way and timely.”
