Gold or Silver Aluminum Name Plate with black engraving. Although the usual measurement is 1" high x 2.75" long, the name plates can be custom sized to fit any size inscription or urn. Please limit engraving of the name to no more than 26 spaces for the name and no more than 32 spaces for the dates or sentiment. Please call 800-511-0295 for custom size name plates and long inscriptions. Please allow 2-3 business days for engraving before item ships.

“The name plate looks good. I wish it would be a litter thicker. What frustrated me the most was the shipping. I paid extra for the times to get to me quickly. When the name plate arrived the envelope was soaking wet and all the paperwork was completely wet and destroyed. Thank goodness the name plate was in a plastic bag but a few drops of water got into the bag, so I don't think it was completely sealed. This is upsetting due to the emotional reasons for my purchase.”
