I have exchanged several emails with your service team (Stacey Cook & Zach Hogan) and even provided photos, but unfortunately, I have not received further assistance. I truly wish to use this great product to its full potential. Therefore, I kindly ask you to either replace the product or resolve the Bluetooth connectivity issue.””
“Battery performance isn't quite as strong as expected, can get 18 holes in but is nearly dead when finishing. Wish there was a feature where the bag would follow the player so as not to have to mess with the remote so much. At the $2k price point, one would expect a little better usability.”
