“The verdict is still out. My battery which is advertised as "24V 36 Hole Lithium Battery" was down to 26% after 12 holes, in the red after 13 and down to 1% on 18. I would never go 36 on one charge, but for the times when the guys say lets go again. I would expect to have at least 40% after 18.
Tech support (has been outstanding) is telling me I need to upgrade my firmware, so we will see if it provides better battery management.
The other thing to be aware of is steering. When in the fairway at a good pace it is easy to direct. Around green or other areas you cannot help turn it using the grips, the GPS wants to straighten it out. If you are using the remote at slows speeds turning is very touchy, some time spinning halfway around. I would be nice if there was something on the grip which you allow you to take over or quickly/temporarily disable GPS to assist with pointing the cart.”

I have exchanged several emails with your service team (Stacey Cook & Zach Hogan) and even provided photos, but unfortunately, I have not received further assistance. I truly wish to use this great product to its full potential. Therefore, I kindly ask you to either replace the product or resolve the Bluetooth connectivity issue.””
