“Couple of points. I do find that occasionally the cart seems to lag behind me and then the eye loses contact with me, causing it to stop and I have to back and re-establish contact with it, or go to manual mode to have it catch back up. Also, in manual mode, I find the left/right turning very jerky. It would be nice to smooth that out some. With that said, this is my first remote controlled cart and I am very happy with it so far. The technology is great and I feel with this setup, it won't be obsolete anytime soon. Love walking down a fairway (when I hit one, LOL) and the cart is just cruising behind me. Accessories are good as well. I would rate 4 1/2 stars but it won't let me, and it's just because of the feedback I have provided here.”
“LOVE the cart but the Halo Eye does not fit on the cart very well (screw on part was too short) so it stopped working after a couple of bumpy rides. Sending it back for repair and replacement at least of the screw.”
“Unfortunately the unit had bugs that prevented it from moving forward after being stopped. The issue only got worst over 3 rounds. Even after removing and re-pairing the remote and updating the trolley twice with latest firmware updates. Eye function did not work. Possibly because of faulty trolley. Good customer service to have it sent back and new unit shipped out. Awaiting new trolley and Eye and hoping for the best.”
