“Hi Guys - Something went wrong with the manufacture of the MGI Lithium 245v 13Ah Navigator G800 charger you sent me - the warning sign was that the plug that goes into the battery was 'upside down' - that is, the only way it would plug into the battery was upside down, with the red in the black and the black in the red - so the 'plug' that plugs into the bettery has been wired in incorrectly - the net result is that the red light just flashes constantly and the battery does not charge. I can send you pictures of it flashing red and the plug 'upside down', but the net result is that it doesn't work, and I have wasted my money and, having thrown away the box it came in, I haven't made the effort to send it back to you. I would like one that works, please. Ph: 0414 603 607 - Marcus Padley - 29 Hotham St, Beaumaris, VIC 3193”
“I am mystified and a little disappointed as to why such a simple device, with no moving parts, that has been used once or twice a week for 5 years, which is kept in a cool, dry, clean place, would fail. All the cables and plug fittings are fine. What could go wrong with such a device?”
