“The remote works fine. It would be nice if it was a bit more responsive. I find myself having to press buttons multiple times to get it to go in the direction I need. As with my last remote, I suspect the printed words (lock, unlock, stop) will wear out. That's not a big deal, but for $300 for the replacement remote, this thing should be bulletproof.”
“Hi.. I bought a new remote control from MGI recently as mine was still working but not as responsive as it needs to be. for the life of me I can't get it to pair. I have had the pro at Royal Canberra try; and it was then booked into an MGI servicing day recently. Nothing worked. Please let me know how to proceed. Interestingly the pro at RCGC when tying to pair with my cart inadvertently paired with a club cart. therefore the device works but just not with my cart. Happy to receive guidance.
