“Wonderful product and company to work with. I broke the gear when it ran into a curb and kept running when I wasn't paying attention. My fault not the product. Called MGI and the person told us to watch the video and we could easily repair it ourselves to save costs of shipping it in for service. Wonderful video made the replacement go smooth.”
“It was easy to fit new axel but the axel makes a grinding noise through the gears under load I have taken new axel out several times to try to adjust the worm gear on motor as per instructional video but still makes grinding noise in gears not impressed”
Thanks for letting us know about the issue with the new axle. I’m sorry to hear that it's still making a grinding noise despite following the instructional video. That’s definitely not the experience we want you to have.
It sounds like there might be something else going on with the gears under load. I’d recommend reaching out to our technical team for further troubleshooting or potential replacement if necessary.
