“Replacement wheels were good and shipped in a timely manner.
Getting the old wheels off was very difficult. Suggestions provided from MGI did not work. Ultimatley the old wheels were damaged during the removal process. Once the old wheels were removed, had to lightly sand down the wheel axles for the new wheels to slide on. Support provide some maintenance tips that will hopefully prevent wheels from getting frozen on the axles.”
“The wheels don't fit. I was told by MGI to sandpaper the axel and apply generous ammounts of petroleum jelly. I did what they told me, and I can't get the wheels to slide onto the axel.”
