My Zip Navigator has been a boon for my golf game. It works great, but the remote control is ancient technology. The charging port broke off the controler board and I had to order a replacement. The replacement has the same charging port connector (which is not commonly used any more, making cable replacement difficult at best. expensive and hard to find at worst. My biggest complaint is the replacement cost. This remote is not worth $180, but there are no other options available and it is nearly impossible to operate the controls from the handlebars. The Navigator is so dependable that the only way to nake it profitable over the long term is to charge high prices for attachments and replacement parts (seat, wheels, remote, etc.) Be careful when attaching and removing the charging cable to the remote of you might break the connection on hte controller board inside the remote. The remote shoulod last the life of the cart if you are careful. with it.

This was a replacement so I was familiar with its function. It synced with the cart immediately and works perfectly.

Works as advertised but the expensive remote control I’ve ever bought but unfortunately I had no option when my old one started to play up. Initially would not pair with my buggy and need to do it several times.
