“The pattern on this handle does not match the pattern on the original Zip Navigator AT handle. I’ve tried emailing your customer support address 4 times and cannot get anyone to respond.”
“Very disappointed in these supposedly “grey”highlighted handles they’re almost black, virtually no difference to the rubber moulding. My navigator has light grey detailing so I thought these ”grey” handles would compliment the appearance much like the yellow or blue do. Also disappointed in the condition of the handles, they have a “greasy” feel, I suspect it’s something like mould release residue that’s not been cleaned off. I want to return them but there’s no paperwork with the delivery??”
