“The support really doesn't help for shorter bags. The problem is that the bungee strap holders at the bottom need to pivot up so that smaller bags can be properly secured.”
“The block does what it was intended to do, however the lower stability arms need to be modified so they are positioned higher on the bottom portion of the back. Using the support block raises the bag so much it leaves little bag left for the lower stability arms to grab onto. My bag has slipped off the lower frame because of bouncing over rough terrain and the lack of stability caused by the issue I have described.”
