“I ordered 6 traditional picnic benches - 2 of their huge 7ft ones and 4 of the 5ft. I looked for ages before I found MG Timber, so many companies use much thinner wood and I needed something that would manage daily pub goer use and being outdoors all year round without much maintenance. I - and all the pub drinkers - are delighted with our new benches, they are seriously solid - I didn't need to worry about the 7ft ones having movement - wish I'd ordered all them in 7ft, they are great! Only downside is you can't move them with just one person when needing to cut the grass! You do have to put them partly together yourself but the instructions were clear and it took two of us c15mins per table.”
“I've had my bench a few months now and I am very happy with it. Delivery was on time and parts delivered to my garden. Very easy to assemble and once stained, has been a very comfortable place to spend time in my garden. Many thanks MG Timber.”
“We bought the iconic A frame picnic table and have been very pleased with the purchase. Easy assembly and looks great. It has already had lots of use in the summer.”
“Beautifully made picnic table. It’s very sturdy and looks fab in situ. We’re confident it will last for years. We chose the rounded edge. Couldn’t be more pleased with it.”
“Just the job for what we wanted and there seemed to be every size to choose from. As you're buying it from a proper timber merchant you know its not going to be pretend or made from low quality wood. I thought about painting ours before we put it out but its already treated so it will last for years anyway. We've had many family meals on it already this year and I expect it will be about for another 10 easily. Quality item at a great price and easy to assemble.”
“Very pleased with our 6ft A-frame picnic table. A perfect addition to our new home/garden.
Delivery was mega quick, left safely in the back garden whilst we were at work. Also surprisingly easy to put together.
Only slight drawback, one of the tabletop planks has bent/bowed, shortly after putting it together and treating it. I'm hoping there's an easy way to rectify this”
