“I took a lot of care over building these. One brace was slightly out of shape but otherwise all went together perfectly. Watched the shorth video for guidance. All screws provided and are of decking grade. This included the appropriate Torx bits. Holes are predrilled but I extended these to help avoid splitting timber. The finished item is substantial and weighty. I've added some covers which work well. All in all well made and durable.”
“This is a robust example of the ubiquitous pub garden table. It is heavy, it is sturdy and looks good. Although 'flat pack' it is easy to assemble, fastening are suppled and appropriate screw driver bit are enclosed too. I gave mine a couple of coats of Ronseal; very pleased.”
“I would definitely recommend this company to purchase timber products from. I ordered a 7ft Timber Picnic Table which had been part-assembled already so the assembly process was incredibly simple. The instructions came via email and this also included video links to make it really simple (the video was useful to show how to make sure the ends will perfectly match the benches). They even provided drill pieces for the screws. The timber is pressure treated and very sturdy (a very high quality product that would work for both industrial and domestic purposes). In terms of delivery, the tracking function worked really well so I knew precisely when they were arriving, and I also filled in a quick online form to ensure they had the precise location using 'What3Words'. This all made it really easy. In a nutshell this is a high quality product, the delivery service was excellent, it was super easy to assemble and my overall customer experience was 100%.”
