“Having had a round picnic bench for the past 7 years it was getting time to replace.
Looking at this beast of a product I should easily get another 7 years of outside style and comfort for the future BBQ seasons.
Thinking about it….. that’s about £40 a year!!

“Very sturdy good quality table! Obviously heavier than the cheap and flimsy ones so not great if you’re going to be moving the table around a lot but the weight is what makes it great for a steady table that doesn’t tip up and will last a long time”

“This is a sturdy table made from solid chunky wood. Very happy with this purchase, I just wasn't finding anything comparable in the shops. Since buying this, I've noticed it's better quality than you get in a lot of pub beer gardens.
I have 2 gripes: first, a couple of the pieces were slightly warped, which made getting a good fit difficult on one section (the table has warped further since building it). Second, I wished the manufacturer had paid attention to the surfaces when choosing which way around to place the pieces. There were a few pieces on the preassembled parts that showed large knots/splintered areas on the top surface that were pristine underneath. Just a few seconds to check that and turn them over would have been thoughtful. I've used an outdoor wood paint, so for us the cosmetics of the bare wood were less important, but I had to do a bit more sanding/filling than I'd wanted. Other than that, it was fairly easy for me and my wife to assemble (had a quick look at the video found online), despite ours having a few redundant pre-drilled holes.
Overall, I'm happy - it looks good and is great to use.”
