“I ordered this table because for the price it offered better quality than other alternatives - even those costing as much. E.g. the timbers are thicker, and the benches are three slats wide and not just two. I was not disappointed. This is a really sturdy, quality item. This does mean it is quite heavy (2 adults needed to move it). And the assembly process, while easy (do watch the video), did require a beefy power screwdriver - I used my drill. But no problems at all to build it. And customer service was brilliant. The couriers (a big, national firm) lost the first package - not the fault at all of the sellers - and the sellers communicated really well, were very polite, and didn't quibble at all about sending a replacement straight away. Highly recommended.”
“Update:
**table is getting worse and started to show more cracks. Please avoid this table**
Only a week outside since I assembled.
It has good quality, however, seen few things.
- table is unfinished and requires treatment. I have asked the sellers and they recommended end grain sealant.
- there are cracks in the wood. I think it didnt support the pressure of the screw. Seller told me they are normal on timber products.
- wood looks a bit greenish and it had bad quality bolts”
“Ordered this and it's a properly sturdy piece of garden furniture. I only had one gripe with assembly, which was one of the lengths of wood used on the table top was ugly, so I swapped it for one of the ones on the seats. This took a while to get the screws out - I presume they were put in with an impact driver during assembly. This shouldn't be seen as negative however, since it was my choice to undertake the alteration and it is a stunning piece of furniture and I might order another one. Please, try to reserve the better looking wood for the table top. Delivery was very good also.”
