“I purchased this dress along with 2 other dresses and only received this dress, plus a dress I did not purchase. I have sent an email, called the Customer Service number and tried to chat with a Customer Service representative regarding this issue. I have yet to receive a response to my email. I notified the representative via chat that I would like a refund for the 2 dresses I ordered, but never received and I have yet to be refunded. This was my first purchase with Michelle McDowell and I’m definitely not recommending to all of my friends. This dress is unlined and very thin material. It is also not as vibrant as it appeared online, although I am aware that colors can be deceiving on a computer. I’m very disappointed in this company’s customer service.”
