“Handle is solid, the mop head is solid. The velcro holds nicely to the pads. I like that the handle can be extended or lowered to pretty much any height desired. Things I don't like: (1) the velcro built into the handle makes a lot of noise as the mop is slid back and forth across the floor. (Not a major deal) (2) because the stainless steel handle is so smooth, the top part of the handle will sometimes twist in relation to the bottom part, making the hole at the top no longer line up with the hook on my wall. I tightened the nut on the handle even more and it seems to be holding up better, but we'll see as time goes on.
Overall, it does seem like a quality built mop - much better than the cheap stuff you'd typically buy on Amazon. Customer service is great and handled an issue I had right away, no hesitation. I highly recommend buying directly from Microfiber Wholesale. I'm sure I will be a repeat customer.”
“This is the most AWESOME product... and I don't even use the word awesome for anything! I can't believe it's taken me 60 years to find this. I'm a cleaning machine and I have improvised for years making my own kind of mop to clean 2500 sq. ft. of concrete floors. This thing makes it a breeze! It is incredibly sturdy, doesn't flip pushing or pulling, can handle some incredible elbow grease from the human operating it, and is adjustable for short person like myself. The mop head is very substantial, attaches amazingly securely, doesn't slip or budge in the least, extends out from the mop base so you can clean right up against woodwork and appliances and never have to worry about scratching or marring anything, and is easy to clean even with a faucet spray nozzle. And yet the entire mop is incredibly light. Truly a remarkable product. I never write reviews either, but this product is the absolute exception. I'm looking forward to using it for years to come. “This is a really nice system. The mop handle is height adjustable and high quality. I can cover a lot more floor space in less time with a twenty inch pad compared to our old system. I bought this to replace our Rubbermaid Reveal which was okay but certainly not the quality of this mop. This system is well worth the extra cost to have a professional grade product that will last for many years.”

“After much research, I purchased this mop system. When it arrived it was higher quality than expected, heavy duty and a snap to assemble. It is adjustable for your height/comfort, has an awesome Velcro system to attach the microfiber pads and I can not believe how well it cleans my ceramic tile and hardwood floors. It glides so easily which makes my aching joints happy but picks up more dirt than any other I have tried. I could not be happier with this product and highly recommend it!”
