“Returned 2 rolls and got credit for 1 as they said that the cellophane was ripped, so the product was used and couldn't be returned. Paid return shipping to Milton and king for them to grade an unused roll that hadn't been removed from the cellophane, but no worries. Just use all the products you order and don't ever return and you'll be great. If you return they will reject any part of your return that has a cellophane tare and let you know you can pay for it to be sent back to you. Lucky you, pay double for something you don't want.”

Hi Nathaniel, I am sorry you felt the need to leave a one star review. In an effort to be entirely transparent, I thought it was important to reply with a little more context. First, you were refunded for one roll, not given a credit. Second, our Returns Policy states that the roll needs to be "in its original unopened packaging (with any seal or shrink-wrap intact)" and you were notified of this prior to shipping your rolls back. As you can see from the image we added to your review, which you may have just forgotten to include, the shrink-wrap was opened and the edges were damaged. Whether the damage occurred while in your possession or in transit remains unknown, but it is why it's so important to keep the shrink wrap intact so as to protect the roll. In addition to the edges being damaged, we would also not be able to guarantee that more damage was not done to the roll if it was removed from the shrink wrap. The condition this was returned in is not resalable and any customer would be mortified to receive wallpaper in such condition. Most customers who return their rolls abide by the Returns Policy and experience no issues with receiving their refunds which occurs multiple times on a daily basis. Our Returns Policy was created to make sure that customers have some recourse if they wish to return their rolls for a refund. We simply ask that steps be taken to return those rolls in resalable condition within 30 days. Fortunately one of your rolls fit that resalable condition. Unfortunately, the 2nd roll did not.
