All booked out for 2026 and 2027.
67 year old ex public servant and property manager, who seems to get on with all pets. Stay at home type, so will always be there for your pets. Single, non-smoker, non-vaper, dedicated and I wish I had discovered pet sitting years before. Travel in a 7 mtr long, 3.5 high Toyota coaster, so there needs to be room to fit that in, on the street, if necessary, but I stay in the house with the pets. I have been pet/house sitting continuously for over 7 years. I believe that my reviews reinforce that my main concerns are the well-being and care of pets and property. If there is a vehicle available, I am more than happy to drop off and pick up from airport/cruise terminal/other.

“Charles was a wonderful house and pet sitter, and we can't recommend him highly enough. From the moment we left, we knew Wilma was in great hands. Charles took such good care of her, and it was obvious she was happy, relaxed, and well looked after while we were away. When we arrived home, the house was immaculate—clean, tidy, and exactly as we had left it. Charles treated both our home and Wilma with genuine care and respect. We would book Charles again without hesitation, but he's so good that he's already booked up! We're hoping we'll be lucky enough to have him stay again in the future. Thank you, Charles, for taking such fantastic care of Wilma and our home.”

“Wow what an awesome guy. Charles took care of all our pets and managed to get our puppies settled. He cared for our chickens and parrots as well. He left the house clean and tidy just as we left it. when I got back after being away for nearly 2 weeks the dogs seem to be looking for him. Would highly recommend Charles for his caring and honest disposition. Looking forward to him caring for our pets again in the future.”

“Great to know our Georgie, a cavoodle, is so well looked after by Charles. I dont need to worry whilst away. The lift to and from the airport for us humans was great too. Everything in the house left in good order too.”

“Charles was an absolute pleasure to have in our home. Bella and Bo were so happy when we returned; it was clear that they were well cared for. The house and garden were immaculate; Charles even fixed our pool cleaner hose. Charles sent regular updates with photos. Excellent communication. Happy to have Charles back anytime.”

“Charles came to stay for a couple of nights prior to the sit and was very helpful in taking and picking us up from the airport. Straight away he and my Cavoodle, Georgie connected. It was obvious on my return they had made a great bond. Georgie loved the routine, walks and toy playing. She missed Charles when he left. Charles was very caring and reliable. He updated us while away with photos. He also watered the plants, put bins out and left the home neat and tidy. I would highly recommend him and would welcome him back anytime if we can fit into his full schedule of house sits.”

“Thank you again Charles! I appreciated his care for our three dogs who are all very different. He gave them his time and attention. From walks to cuddles on outdoor lounge. Charles also cared for our home - plants watered, rubbish to bins. At all time Charles was polite, flexible and efficient. Looking forward to gave Charles back again!”
