“This definitely works for my anxiety. I would say that it is more effective than fluoxetine, which I have been taking for many years. Unfortunately it’s far more expensive than a prescription! It’s going to cost me over £700 a year to keep taking it as I have been doing. This isn’t a Mindful Extracts problem though, it’s a CBD one generally. Which will probably mean shopping around for offers on full spectrum CBD in the future.”

HI Alan, some people don't see results for up to two weeks, so stick with it for a little longer. How much you take is also very important, some people might feel benefits with 10mg per day but others might not get benefits until they are taking 30-40mg a day. Do always feel free to contact us for support and I hope with time you see improvements :)

“Not sure if I can review as so far I have not noticed any difference with anxiety or sleep. I am not keen on the taste, it’s a bit woody but not strong enough for me not to use. I will keep using for now. Fingers crossed I start to have beneficial effects.”

Hi Kath, how quickly people see the benefits does vary a lot, so best advice is to stick to the same amount per day for two weeks before assessing and potentially using a bit more. We are always more than happy to give advice and support so do feel free to call or email with any questions.

“I started with the 5% and am now enjoying the 10% CBD Oil. After going through an incredibly traumatic time, I find this oil very relaxing and helps my anxiety. It is also helping me to sleep better. Absolutely love the classy packaging too. Excellent service and communication as well.”
