“I have been living with Complex Post Traumatic Stress Disorder for many years and the crippling anxiety which comes with that condition. I discovered Mindful Extracts 10% CBD Oil in a study conducted by The Independent and it has totally changed my life. I take one or two drops in the morning and the same at night. “To early to say if I have noticed a major difference but I know this product takes time to build up in your system I am hopeful....as I trust the company and I know they would only sell quality products. The delivery was quick next day....the packaging was a personal touch which was lovely... Thank you guys I will be back x”

HI Emma, you are so correct, some people can take many weeks to feel the effects whereas some can feel benefits instantly. Keeping a consistent dose is key and if you want more advice on how to 'find your sweet spot' get in touch via email, hatbox or phone :)

“I've never used anything like this before, but having experienced some health issues of late, someone kindly recommended this product to me. I believe it is helping, though it is still early days, but saying that my husband says I've become less stressed out about some of the problems I am facing so obviously if I am feeling calmer on the inside, then that is being portrayed on the outside to others. So I am continuing with this course of action in the hope I go from strength to strength.”

“I have lived with high functioning anxiety for the last year. It had eased but started to gradually come back. I had previously tried other cheaper brands of CBD oil but they didn't do much. I did alot of research and came across Mindful Extracts. I started with the 500mg and have now switched to the 1000mg. I feel the calming benefits almost instantly and it helps to keep my head clear long enough to work on mindfulness exercises. I would absolutely recommend Mindful Extracts.”

Thanks Toni - we love a discerning customer! Our CBD is full spectrum and many on the market are broad spectrum or isolate. We believe the natural organisation of terpenes allows for what is known as the 'entourage effect' whereby the compounds work synergistically with our physiology :)
